What’s turkey without cranberry sauce? My job is to help you guys have a quick, easy yet tasteful meal! Forget long hours. I have the hacks that will have your friends asking which professional chef made this! LOL! Okay, I’m kidding but this sauce is pretty good.
It’s really simple and has the perfect mix of spice, citrus and of course, as with anything I do, a little alcohol for the season!

- 1 tin cranberry sauce
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cherry brandy
- 1-2 tsp orange zest
- Add sugar to a small sauce pan and dissolve with water on low heat
- Add the cranberry sauce and stir well
- Add cinnamon, orange zest and Brandy and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and boil until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens
