Peanut Punch Recipe

Did someone say peanut punch? There is NO Trini that can tell me that at some point, they didn’t have a punch craving. Doh lie to me. Everybody loves to go to their favorite punch man in their area or around the savannah or for a quick fix, grab a Ramsaran peanut punch from the parlour.

There is almost always a carton of peanut punch in my fridge. Be it my mother, father or one of my sisters. We love that thing so much that we attempted to make it. The results of which were mind blowing, almost the same or even better than the ones we bought!

No one can make a better punch than my momma, but I tried and got as close to hers as possible with a few variations. This recipe is beyond easy and it will quell that peanut punch craving. Is no Harry’s but I could give him a run for his money.


  • 12-14 blocks of ice
  • 6-7 Tbsp of smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • dash of ground cinnamon

You’d need a blender for this concoction.

There were some recipes online using granola, honey and nutmeg, these things can be added and is totally your choice but I find the ingredients above create an amazing punch.


  1. Add ice to blender
  2. Add peanut butter to blender followed by 1/2 tin condensed milk. I got a little excited with the condensed milk, you can add less and adjust to your preference

  3. Add milk, vanilla essence and a dash of cinnamon
  4. Blend until ice breaks down and everything is incorporated
  5. Serve immediately

Serve immediately while it’s chilled and store the remainder in the fridge. This doesn’t last very long in my house.

The beauty of this creamy mixture is that you don’t have to stick to the exact measurements above. You can play around with the ingredients until you get your desired taste. This is what works best for me!
