Halloween Look: Little Girl Demented

Another Halloween tutorial! EEEPPP! Duh I’m excited. I’ve been playing around with different looks and since I have zero experience I’m pretty happy with the way it came out.

I think for me to get into character it was a good idea for me to create a backstory for this look. So here goes…

Once upon a time in a far away Venetian town, there was this young, innocent girl who fell in love. She fell head over heels for this Casanova. She would do anything for him but he wasn’t who he said he was. She was a toy to be used and then thrown away.

He called her out at midnight, on a dark, cold, foggy night to meet him at an empty field. She excitedly obliged and ran to see him. What awaited her was beyond her worst nightmare.

There he was, standing still, eerie as the fog encased his body. She smiled at him and reached a hand out to touch his ice cold face. He grabbed her hand, twisted it around, the corners of his mouth gnarled into a smile. Her eyes widened.

She felt a sudden pain on the back of her head. Blackness…

She woke up hours later, her head splitting. She was wet. She looked at her hands…red… Her entire body burning. She was covered in her own blood, feeling the last bit of breath leaving her body. Then he appeared over her, ‘Smile.’

He carved a smile into her face with his pocket knife as her last breath mixed with her screams…

That was intense.

I had a lot of fun creating this look. One cautionary word, when using the liquid latex, avoid getting any into your hair because that fucker hurts like a bitch to get out and don’t let it get on your clothes either because it does not come off.

Also, please be careful when using the scissors to make the slits. We don’t want real life Chelsea grins.

These are some of the products I used for this look. I did not use all the pictured items.

Products used:

  • Jaclyn Hill Morphe Palette
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Palette
  • Smashbox Shape Matters Palette
  • Coastal Scents 252 Ultimate Eyeshadow Palette
  • Revlon Photoready Eye Primer
  • Tarteist Double Take Liner
  • Benefit Roller Lash Mascara
  • Kiss Eyelashes
  • Dior Airflash Foundation in 202
  • MAC Skin Finish Powder in medium plus
  • MAC studio fix NC44
  • SACHA Matte Powder – warm beige
  • Liquid Latex
  • Toilet paper, shredded
  • Fake blood

PS. I think I’m starting to get there with my camera skills, minus the fact that I fucked the end up. Practice makes perfect dollies! And on that corny note… BUH BYE!

It’s hard to come by well-informed people on this subject, but you seem like you know what you’re talking about! Thanks
